If the compare modal opens but a comparison can't be generated, one or both of the selected products may not meet the content requirements.

Minimum Content Words

AI Compurr requires each product to have at least a minimum number of words in its description before a comparison can be generated. The default threshold is 40 words.

Products below this threshold are excluded to avoid generating low-quality comparisons.

To resolve:

1. Go to Settings → AI & Content.
2. Review the Minimum Content Words setting.
3. Lower the threshold if appropriate, or add more descriptive content to the product.
