These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between Bird House Studio LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company ("Bird House Studio," "we," "us," or "our"), and the Shopify merchant ("Merchant," "you," or "your") that installs or uses the AI Compurr application (the "App"). By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

1. The App

AI Compurr is a Shopify application that provides AI-generated product comparisons and related analytics for use on Merchant's Shopify storefront. The App is provided as a software-as-a-service offering and is subject to the additional terms of Shopify's Partner Program and App Store policies.

2. Eligibility

To use the App you must:

• (a) have an active Shopify store in good standing;
• (b) be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction;
• (c) have authority to bind the legal entity that owns the store; and
• (d) not be located in, or a national of, any country subject to U.S. embargo, and not be listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties (including OFAC's Specially Designated Nationals list).

3. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Bird House Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Shopify stores that you own or operate, solely for your internal business purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

4. Billing

The App is billed through Shopify's Billing API. Pricing and plan tiers are disclosed in the App and on the Shopify App Store listing. All charges are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated in the App. Cancellation takes effect upon uninstallation of the App and any prorated adjustments are governed by Shopify's billing rules, not by us.

Bird House Studio does not issue refunds directly. Any prorations or refunds are handled exclusively by Shopify in accordance with Shopify's billing rules.

5. AI-Generated Content

The App uses third-party large-language-model providers to generate product comparison content from product data you make available through Shopify.

(a) No warranty of accuracy. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated, or otherwise unsuitable. You are solely responsible for reviewing, approving, and displaying AI-generated content to your customers.

(b) No professional advice. AI output is not legal, medical, financial, safety, or other professional advice and must not be presented as such.
